We are an association of specialty coffee producers legally constituted, registered and authorized by the Honduran Coffee Institute IHCAFE, we are dedicated to producing and processing our coffees for export. We produce conventional, certified and special coffees with washed, molassed and natural processes under the FINCA JERUSALEN brand.
OUR VALUE
Café Jerusalen is characterized by being produced by small customers in areas with privileged climates ranging from 900 to 2,000 meters above sea level, processed and selected in an artisanal way, thus guaranteeing that a cup of our coffee meets the required quality standards and tasting it is a true delicacy to your palate.

Our relationship with exporting companies in the country and buyers abroad has strengthened us and has made us grow and improve day by day in organizational, administrative, management techniques, quality control, customer service and commercial regulations.
In recent years we have established ourselves as an important part of the development and growth of our coffee region, since we have a pre-harvest and harvest financing system for our producer clients. We work steadily to contribute to the aggrandizement of our society according to our possibilities.
